3:11am: Do any of you guys remember the computer game Troggle Trouble Math? Because my sister ordered it, and now she owns it (and has been playing it nonstop). I'm posting this here, cuz some of you guys actually went to my elementary school. Hehehe.

5th November 2005

All of you in Hello Dolly were fabulous. I'm excited to see it again tomorrow! :D

I'm updating to tell you all to come to MY show. hehe.

Concordia University, St. Paul

275 N Syndicate St

St. Paul, MN 55104

This show is good. I mean it. It's not your typical Grease. Come see it. Oh, and it's selling out quickly, so you can order tickets at www.ticketworks.com, or just come at the door and hope you can get seats. Please come! After all, I'm coming to your show twice. ;)

2nd October 2005

11:14am: this is an update to indicate the fact that i have not updated for a while.

oh, and i don't really think i'll have a reason to update ever again. no offense. i'll check up on you guys from time to time and leave comments when i have something to say.

otherwise, see you guys at the irondale plays and other random things like that. have awesome lives! :D

12:59am: for LITERALLY (yes, I'm using that correctly) a split second there, i went emo. this is the exact thought that went through my head:

"ever been just too sad to cry?"

Then I was like..what the fuck was that?!? And then I burst out laughing. No joke.

Thank the Lord. Once you get THAT lame, you just have to snap back.

7:16pm: for YOU. you better know who you are. and you better read this. hehe.
i'm posting this here because i want this for myself too; i can't forget this. although, i know with you i have no problem remembering. ;)

thank you so much. i am still in disbelief at how amazing you are and how amazing you make me feel. i have the dumbest problems and just the most insignificant things to deal with, but you treat everything seriously and with care, and you always go out of your way and succeed in making me feel 1000% better. i care SO much about you, and it makes me burst with joy that i know you care about me, too. i feel like i can trust you and like i can tell you anything and you won't judge me or belittle me. you just make me feel great to be ME. and you inspire me and make me excited to be the best person i can be. and as lame as that may sound, no one's made me feel like that in...i don't even know how long. a fucking long time. you blow me away. you're just so wonderful, i can't even begin to describe you or thank you. you're so considerate, selfless, loyal, honest, smart, fun...you're just the best friend i could ever hope for. thank you for everything.

4:22pm: Katrina.
hi, um, i don't know who left that comment on my last entry, but i wasn't meaning to be selfish. i probably did come off that way, but i didn't mean to. ..quite the opposite, actually; this is NO time to be selfish. and i know hating the world or the government won't do anything constructive. politics should be the absolute last thing that people should be worrying/talking about, but nevertheless, it makes me shake with fury that we were so unprepared and that people are dead and dying because of the lack of preparation. and i'm not alone.

but our anger is NOTHING compared to all the destruction and death. right now, we just all need to help. i am donating to organizations who are helping with the hurricane, and i strongly encourage and pray that everyone will. i have a friend at my college who is from New Orleans, and his house is completely destroyed, and his family is trying to come to the Twin Cities. thank God that they're safe, but they pretty much have nothing. we have a fund going at my college to send money to Harry's family so that they can repair their car to drive up here.

yes, everyone who reads this, we CAN make a difference and help in this cause. the whole thing is just awful and surreal. really, i can't imagine what it's like down there, but i want to help. if you have even just 5 dollars, extra clothes, food, you can give blood, anything..look online for places where you can donate. there are many many organizations who are working on this:

minor note:

there's nothing i can do about this, but if you're wasting your time leaving low, incredibly cruel, offensive, anonymous comments on something as silly as my livejournal, then you're just an immature cowardly idiot. if you really think those awful things about me, then don't bother yourself with me. spend your time around people who you actually like, instead of attempting to start a pitiful online war, and leave me alone.

1:03am: i was cleaning out my old e-mail address, and look what i found!

14th August 2005

12:58pm: sorry about the large font. it won't take that long to scroll past it, though.
girls who wanted to do the macaroni grill/dress up thing:

what day should we do it? i'm sorry for all this confusion, but now we have three options:

MONDAY (tomorrow) the 15th

TUESDAY the 16th

WEDNESDAY the 17th.

Any day in the evening is good for me, but I know a lot of you have issues with certain days. If you're interested in coming, if you could please leave a comment with your date of preference, I would really appreciate it so we can make a choice. Whatever day works best for the most people is when we'll go. So yea...leave a comment! THANKS! :-D

12th August 2005

2:56pm: ATTENTION ALL GIRLS!!!!!!!!!!

want to get dolled up and go out to Macaroni Grill (it's sooo good) on either TUESDAY, AUGUST 16, or WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 17?

this is an invitation for ALL GIRLS. (i don't care if 5 or 25 of you are interested...but the more the merrier!)

if you're interested, i thought maybe we all could get dressed up (wear old prom/ice age dresses or just really nice dresses) and go out to eat (you'd prolly spend like 15 dollars tops). i thought it would be good to get more use out of those old dresses that you won't get to wear again..and personally, i want to make up for not getting to do this with Asia since 8th grade's sno daze. hahaha You guys know me..I'm not really the "get-dolled-up" type, but what the hell. It'd be fun. Anyone interested?

psst! those of you who are leaving for college and won't be here on the 19th should come for SURE.

i'm also open to suggestions.
i want to make a decision soon so i can call and make a reservation. leave comments and tell me what you think. :)

11th August 2005

10:33pm: Hey ladies, pay attention to this...
Lately I have noticed too many girls feeling down or discouraged, particularly about their self-images or how they're not pretty enough or skinny enough or whatever.

Well, I'm here to tell you to shove all that shit into the proverbial trashcan and listen to this:

Do you really want people to like you for how you look? I mean, REALLY. I'm not saying any of this to make anyone feel stupid. -BUT- if you want to change your appearance because you think people will be more attracted to you or want to be friends with you if you lose that weight or wear more make-up, just think for a sec: do you want to be friends with or date the kind of people who really care about that stuff?

And if you're saying right now, no, I want to lose weight or "get toned" or look better to feel better about myself, well, honey, you're gonna want to work on your self-confidence minus your appearance first. When it comes down to it, what makes you who you are is not how you look, but who you are and how you feel about yourself and everyone else.

In any case, I just want to say that there will be (and are!) people who love you for who you are, and from what I've gathered in my existence, THOSE are the people who should matter.

Shit, I feel like Oprah now. hahahahaha I'm SO done. hahahahahahaha
